if you look at the fighter's left shoulder, there are a couple extra pixels of black when he's wearing military shirt



however, with all other chest under clothing, those pixels are nowhere to be seen

Also look at the fighters hands in both pictures the 1st is bigger and second is smaller. I think every secoubd the fighter is breathing which sways his body a little (which is probably what this is)
