game info "global" changes not mentioned in chat

There are some more of "global" changes to the server, that not displays in chat as many others commands do, like start items, timer, infinite ammo/energy/health, but there are changes to the game info that not displays in chat, name of the server, server movement, even teams, etc. this is pretty annoying, this should be fixed.
