I should have updated the way striking works awhile ago. I'm going to go update my rules thread on that; I recommend you change your ruleset to mirror how stage striking is displayed there. Main reason being that stage striking should be done for each round, instead of striking until your three maps are left.

Since the Dedicated Servers are a thing...

The referee would be a spectator.

If there are available referees, they would be spectator(they don't even need to host, there is a script that makes any player spectator).
If there are no referees then both teams will take screenshots for proof.
I think we can also check the server software log to see who won right?

No it is not clans battling, it is teams. You can make team with anyone no need for clan.

You will be added to a team shortly, we have 2 other players without a team and with them you can make a 3 player team.

becose I dont have enough memebers to make a team or someone could join my GTC clan right now but there are only 2 of us including me.

As for who will be competing in the tournament, I have a question about that. Can the participants be different in different rounds? Say Me, the guy thats not good, and TheRatKidHacker fight in the first round, on behalf of the Alpha Clan. Then, in the next round, could Saint, FUCK, and Nixion fight? Or do the teams have to be permanently fixed?

Yes of course. That is why you can have up to 10 players, you can change them every round.

Just because it isn't strictly a clan tournament doesn't mean clans can't form teams to participate.

With SFD getting the return of Server Side soon, I'd recommend a rule to make sure everyone has it enabled. Client side can make wonky things happen.

When is the first round date, for my teams fight is there a day already chosen where i get my teammates and fight or will it be determined by the 2 teams fighting?

To answer your question, you can fight any time you choose(as long as it is before the deadline which I will post). Of course you have to decide with the other team's leader over what time you want to play. Keep in mind that the match only lasts around 12 minutes.
Your next match is with Alpha Clan, so go ahead and message Wolf over what time you want to play.
You can take screenshots to confirm the winner result.
