Version: 1.3.1b
Me and my friend discovered that you can softlock yourself (or teammates) in Chapter 3 by repeating the steps shown in the GIF:

Quinterball: Vigorously shaking a tile while rapidly tapping CTRL causes the selected tile to randomly flash red.
