For some reason when kicking a propane tank or also a gasoline fuel container against another player to stun them, the object just passes right throught the opponent. This is especially bad when trying to pull of a stunlock combo for example. Also you can't rely on it to stun someone and then shoot the tank.

I tested it in Beta 1.0.2c and it always hits the other player. - please make it consistent again
