I don't know if this is supposed to be a map problem , but i had two maps that had this problem , now i just can't see some of tiles there...

If the bug is related to custom map-making then include a download link to the map illustrating the problem.
The map should be bare-bone - only include what's necessary in the map to illustrate the problem.

Possibly similar to this bug where some textures disappear if you alt-tab out of the game? Have you alt-tabbed at least once while using the map editor?
