Weeks ago when messing up with the script api and game files, I found that you can actually play sounds by script. They are all wrote in the file "Superfighters Deluxe\Content\Data\Sounds\Sounds.sfds"(as plain text). So I made a map that you can test out all sound effects listed in the file. Hope it will be helpful to you. ;)
