Very poor performance
After I upgraded my GPU from an old one.I m getting severe lags but the fps is normal(100-450). time to time by 5 seconds.just gets to very poor performance.
I tried to give the program higher priority.even closed the explorer.but didn't fix the lags
GPU gt730 2gb

You maybe have a virus. Try to clean your computer. I'm not sure about what to do but still.

The hardware you have is very old, But it's not your specs it's your internet.

Try to enable VSync and see if it helps reduce the fps drops. Otherwise bring up your task manager and see if anything is draining CPU each every 5 seconds more than normal.

When I upgraded my PC I had actually installed the GPU properly but forgot to connect it to my monitor, instead using the slot for the default Intel GPU found on the CPU. My PC was unable to detect the graphics card and used the Intel one which could barely support any game I tried, let alone run it well. It took me a good few minutes to figure out why that was happening. Make sure you've connected and plugged everything in properly (you haven't, for example, if you're unable to access the NVIDIA control panel).

@Gurt the vsync option is turned off.and I never use too.
But I see nvidiacontainer takes up 50 CPU only for 3-2 secs, and I can't end that process.tho it only takes up cpu when I start my windows.
Tried all your given answers, but lags still persists
I am sure that my internet is 128kbp/s stable.
The lags wasn't happening before when the game was running through my Intel integrated GPU.
I forgot to add that my ''local performance is very low".
The server performance is always excellent.

Probably due to this, then:Tom Th3 Assasin wrote: ↑Fri Sep 15, 2017 10:43 amI forgot to add that my ''local performance is very low".
This is some really old hardware, even for old hardware. I can only assume your hiccups are related to RAM. My PC is using 1.8 GB of RAM idle, with Steam, Discord, and the NVIDIA stream service (turn it off if you're not using it, by the way) using most of this portion. With 2 gigs of RAM, all you have to do is open Steam or Discord, or even open a browser to listen to some music while you play, and you're all out of memory. It's very restrictive. Consider getting another RAM stick.

As Gurt said to turn on Vsync,it did help no lags, but fps was way to low about 85fps,and the game felt pretty heavy.
when fps reaches around 233-455 it triggers the lags,so the case was that.too high fps.
Even jack up the graphics and resolutions settings to highest, but the fps didnt fall that much.

I don't think that's a thing. Your game isn't supposed to lag more when you get more fps, uh...Tom Th3 Assasin wrote: ↑Fri Sep 15, 2017 12:25 pmAs Gurt said to turn on Vsync,it did help no lags, but fps was way to low about 85fps,and the game felt pretty heavy.

Actually, my only ideas about this are maybe your computer components aren't compatible with each other.

If nothing is using up your CPU/memory much, i don't see what is causing you those severe lags.
Try updating your graphics drivers maybe, and run a scan for viruses.
Edit: " nvidiacontainer takes up 50 CPU " do you mean that it takes up to 50 % CPU for 2 to 3 seconds like, just once, or does that happen constantly?

I got it solve by capping my fps.
The reason for me to get these bumps or lags during gameplay was too high fps.when it was reaching over 280.
Solved it by capping my fps to 150.
This kind of lags or chops may have got to you too.
You can get it done by capping it to your desired amount of fps(for example:85,150,200,you can't cap more than 200).
Capping is done in your SFD config file(My documents\superfighter deluxe) scroll to the bottom of the config file and limit your fps.

Not really. Strange. It might be due to your hardware, I have no problems with 300+Tom Th3 Assasin wrote: ↑Wed Sep 27, 2017 4:34 pmI got it solve by capping my fps.
