Reduce the weight of small objects (Paper stacks, computers, etc)
These objects weight enough to stop barrels and crates from being kicked over properly.

It can stop you from kicking over some objects onto your enemies under you, and it can make you unable to move your cover as you want at first.
Another use is to be able to kick the object away from an enemy trying to use it to combo you.
