im in a dire need of the launcher exe file.Could someone upload the file at their dropbox or mediafire.

Does the official website not work? I can't test it right now but if it doesn't you can use my mirror of Alpha 1.3.4 from
this post. It's the whole game but it weights less than 20 MB so I don't think this will be a problem for you.
