So i was wondering if it's atleast possible and if anyone could to make a script where for example a player in Team 2 can take objects/players with his cursor and control/throw them. Like in old sctickman vs cursor animations. So you can just throw player away from you with cursor or give an weapon for urself.

I really don't think that's possible. As far as i know the mouse can only be used within testing a map in the MapEditor, or on the main menu screen. There are some people that have made maps specific for the "Single Player Map editor" to use the mouse cursor. But i don't think there's any option for online play, or else someone would have already found a way to abuse mouse.
