Spawn players on teams

I am wanting to make a map where this is two teams and they have to fight to the death, but i don't know how to make the players spawn with teams set without setting teams hosting a game.
Does anyone have a script for all 4 teams?

No, i just want the script for teams 1-4 just in case i feel like using 3 and 4 rather then 1 and 2
