I can host fine, sometimes at least. Mostly Host, but anyways will Dedicated Servers be an option?

And how can I allow my brother to join my server? We're both on the same connection,so I thought it would be fine.
If it helps anything I use the Automatic Port-Fowarding option.

use the connect to ip

Port-Forward yourself after setting a static ip, or try your luck with the automatic portforwarding. Your server then appears on the server browser list with the name you put and if you didn't change it, it's your name + "game", unless you set public game "off" in the host settings which means you need to connect to ip.
