When your ping rises above the server side threshold (in this case, 200) and goes back down below the threshold, the player is forced to use server side anyway, even with low ping, as shown here.

This also happened to me countless times. although my internet speed is made out of castle cards where a slight internet obstruction will make my internet speed skydive to the ground at the speed of mach 50*.

Thanks for reporting. Released a hotfix for this.
The server must update itself for this to apply or wait for the next update, depends on the host (fixed after v.1.1.1 anyway).
