I recently noticed whenever you grab someone while jumping and punch/throw him away near a ladder, you start climbing it while grabbing.
I don't know if this issue has been reported or it's by design, but here's a video:

Haa! You shouldn't be able to climb during that part I guess. Don't hold up while punching someone!
