Cut-scene not properly Playing during fight against Balista

There really isn't a major spoiler here, but I will mark it as such anyways...

https://youtu.be/sqcMOBngK1w Is there any idea of what could have caused this event? The camera trigger got activated, but Balista was incapable of grabbing Johnny, and as a Result, Johnny was capable of bringing her to the ground before the first transition of her fight had ended. The camera trigger had remained still in that glitched state. I tried intervening despite being incapable to see, however it was difficult. Again, I am not really sure as to why this would happen. Hopefully the fight isn't vulnerable to abuse.

1.3.1 introduced a bug where certain commands didn't work properly: viewtopic.php?f=18&t=3815
Fixed in v.1.3.1b already and the cut-scene works as intended in that version as far as I can tell. Make sure to download v.1.3.1b.
