Problems when I start SFD! Crash Report...

Post by HtZ » Tue Apr 23, 2019 2:15 am

When I start SFD, it gives this crash report in the image. >>> https://imgur.com/a/oq1Spe1

I've tried everything I can to solve this problem. I tried to reinstall SFD, start several times (useless), change the compatibility of .exe of the game (I put it to Windows XP Pack 3, Windows 7, others ... [my Windows is the 7 Ultimate]) and run in administrator mode. But none of this worked ... I hope someone solves it ...

From what I can gather it's most likely a corrupt system file causing this 0x80070422 error.

I suggest you try to repair your .NET installation first. If that doesn't help check out the links below and try to run the System File Checker (SFC).

https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/hel ... ted-system
https://ugetfix.com/ask/how-to-fix-syst ... 422-error/
https://appuals.com/best-fix-system-run ... x80070422/

Run this at your own risk!

For the next update we're including a config.ini option to disable gamepad input by adding GAMEPAD_INPUT_DISABLED=1 to your config.ini file. This won't be available until the next update though but will skip loading the gamepad manager allowing you to play SFD using the keyboard only.
