I'd prefer if it were 5 shurikens and its damage was reduced. Its high damage is what doesn't seem to make sense for me when I compare. I wouldn't say it's overpower, but yeah, cheap might be the word

I've seen this too, it's quite hard to see this. If it is what I'm thinking that is probably related to the player's connection, weird stuff do indeed happen with lagged people, but thats just my supposition. I will be recording in background next time I'm playing and post it if I get it.

I stated a few times before that thrown items behave weirdly when they pass through or any close platforms. This could be the case here. You were talking about bottles then I can also try guessing that'd happen with you in Steamship (a map with many bottles and platforms at left).

Just play in servers where this server movement is off if you dislike it, there are plenty of them.
You can also try to get better playing when this is activated, there's always room to improve, it's just something that you're not used to.
