SFD Light version?
A great system of mine died. Now I'm forced to use this potato full of electrolites. I wanted to play sfd, but the frames are horrible. Is there any version that is very light and gets rid of unnecessary textures or lowers effects? Please, and thank you.

Try opening task manager and end all CPU draining processes. you can also see if something else than SFD is eating up your network.
That helped me when i used to lag i don't know much about fps drop maybe its some problem in your processor
if you have a potato with electrolites then its true you'll need a potato sfd versoin

I have a laptop that i use for hosting that is a piece of garbage, however with a little messing around i was able to get decent frames (On most maps). What you wan't to do is lower you resolution as much as possible, then you want to go to task manager and make the priority for SFD High( *DO NOT make it "instant" or whatever the highest option is as this will likely mess up your computer*) Than turn off the settings such as "Far BG" etc to the lowest it can possibly go, depending on the laptop you can get a decent framerate. I managed to get a steady 80-100 fps on most maps, however on maps like Pistons or when their are a lot of things on the screen the framerate can drop significantly and spike often. In the end this depends on the laptop you are using.
