Last update I had no port forwarding, but for some reason this new update wont allow me to host any game. Nothing changed in my internet and it's still as good as it used to be. Help?

You changed nothing in your internet, but your router most certainly did. Most routers are set up to swap addresses once every while, and what has probably happened was your IPv4 address changing so that it no longer matches the IPv4 address set in the initial forwarding entry of the automatic method. As far as I know SFD creates a port forwarding entry only once - when the game is installed and launched for the first time - as opposed to programs like Skype or uTorrent, and as such you may need to update it/create a new one using the manual forwarding method.

SFD uses dynamic port forwarding IF "Try automatic port forwarding" is enabled each time you try to join a game or host a server. This technique requires UPnP enabled in your router and that you don't have a static port forwarding setup already and perhaps some other settings depending on brand and model.
