Anyone know how to reduce ping?

A guy joined my server with 300 ping.After 30 mins he said hes gonna lower his ping then after he came back with 20 ping.Any programs/methods to lower ping?

EDIT: I live in Australia and so I usually get high ping in the servers I like.

You can't reduce your ping with any programs or methods. i've tried every options and every one of them failed.

There is no command to reduce your ping. The ping is the average roundtrip time to the server which is bound to the physical distance and equipment between you and the server.

the best I can do is to leave the server close all the tabs that use the internet and return to the server try to decrease the fps of the host and also the player should help
