First I'm sorry for this awful title, I just can't think a better one and I'll sleep quite soon, so here are the steps that you should do.
1: Download a pre-edited d3d9.dll from http://www.mediafire.com/download/d9jd7 ... p/d3d9.dll.
2: Put the dll file in C:\Windows\Microsoft.NET\assembly\GAC_32\Microsoft.Xna.Framework.Graphics\v4.0_4.0.0.0__842cf8be1de50553, replace the file if exists but I'd recommend to backup first.
3: Check if you can run Superfighters Deluxe Server.exe now.
