When the meatgrinder is defeated the music stops, if you try to gib his corpse the music trigger will be activated and soon after will fade out.
The last guy to the right in the Pit chapter cutscene can make the metro law guards restart their dialogues if his corpse is gibbed.

Hmm. Maybe we should split up the PlayerDeath event to two: PlayerDeath (when the player gets killed either by damage, gibbing or falling outside the map) and another PlayerRemoved (when a body gets gibbed, or removed by falling outside the map). The PlayerDeath would run before PlayerRemove in case both event happens. Might reduce the risk of using these events the wrong way - if that's the case here (haven't investigated but I assume).
