Like I already explained in my private message to you (which you haven't bothered to read from 3 days ago) we don't host content made by banned users even if the uploader isn't them. That means if you created a map in collaboration with a banned user and their name is on that map it will be removed just as if they posted it themselves. That's done to avoid banned members' content being reuploaded by their duplicate accounts.
