I can launch the launcher but pressing play shows the loading cursor for a couple seconds and then nothing

I love this game. So when i got the deluxe, both downloads say Failed-Network error. I use google chrome (If that helps)

When i click download, it downloads very slowly, like 20kbps (my internet downloads 2mbs)
And after 5 seconds it go to 0 bytes, or say ERROR.
Idk what i do!
