Extra player slot bug

Started up SFD and hit the browse server button and as I scroll down the list I see a server with a 8/9 player count. I attempted to join but there was a message saying that the game was full, but when someone left the number went back to 7/8.

After replacing some of the sound files, 90% of the game's audio has completely stopped working. The files I used were tagged as .xnb. This issue also occurs even for files that were never moved/replaced, such as the sound played when drawing a katana

Most of the files manipulated were just the weapons' sound effects (such as the M60 and magnum). However, sounds that are supposed to play such as when a round ends or getting killed never play at all, even at max volume:

So I joined a high ping server and I was spiking around 300-500 ping. When I jumped and punched over a trashcan I took fall damage.
Now I was curious to find out what caused this to happen so I kept jumping and punching, trying to recreate what I did and to my surprise it happened...

That's just too much ping to work with. The server/client can't sync properly. We have not design the game to run at such high latency (I think I have said in the past we have designed it to run up to 100 in ping or something). We're probably going to force server-side-only movement for players...

falling body with fleeing arms still grab ledges?i think this is a delay or high latency factor's causing this bug,in game performance issue which caused it or a server side performance issue.i dont know for sure

, and I'm wondering why this is. If you try to take cover behind an object like a barrel or hanging crate, you're taken out of cover after some time. This is because the object moves slightly faster than you. It couldn't have to do with weight, because both small crates and large crates move faster...

When you go to the Host Options screen, you can select the map category: Versus (official) , Survival (official) , custom , all custom maps and all maps . When I select custom and scroll down the list of maps, some of the custom maps I have don't show up there. If I try to select it via game...

That specific map you link to is a template map (will say Template: Yes if you double-click on it) - they only show up in the map editor. You need to save it as a non-template map by opening it in the map editor and select Save As Map .
Template maps purpose is to be some kind of experiment...

Sometimes you try to roll and your character rolls to the opposite side. I'm not sure how to do this bug. I think it's usually when you get knocked down by a thrown item, but not restricted to only that.

I recall encountering this problem myself at some point and fixing it while tinkering with something else. I just can't find it in any logs now. Hopefully it is fixed for the release version. Recovery rolling the wrong direction sounds familiar.

I think this may have to do with where the bullets come out of a weapon. For example, the bullets from silenced weapons (as they're the longest) exit the weapon at a different location to say a magnum (which this exploit does not work with) because its barrel is longer.

On custom maps, some of the blocks (entire areas, even) will simply not appear at all, leading to very cheap deaths and misleading layouts. Restarting the game does not fix this issue, either

I do not know why this happens but whenever I need to reload, well, I press reload but ... sometimes I have to press it one or two more times for the character to actually do it.
