Re: [URGENT] New SFD crack spreading..
Send a PM with the cracked version if you like. One can always learn a bit more how pirates think. When it comes to games, DRM protection and piracy, it's always gonna be a battle to postpone the cracks as long as possible - you can't really prevent it.

Re: V sync not working properly
I have been using both Fraps back in the days and OBS Studio today when recording videos so I'm not sure if this is related to your specific software and hardware. The V-sync is just a flag we turn on/off within the XNA framework itself, we can't control it much more. We assume it works. You can try...

Haa! You shouldn't be able to climb during that part I guess. Don't hold up while punching someone!

A limitation we set for various reasons as development progressed and new problems started to come with having more than 8 players.

What kind of crash do you get? Can you paste the crash log in a new reply to this topic?

Re: Getting knocked down and standing back up will instantly equip a weapon.
Getting knocked down bypasses the drawing time and this is by design if you land from a long fall for example or get knocked down from an explosion. Getting hit by another player disarms you though so I'm not sure if you have found a situation where you're not properly disarmed by getting hit from a...

Re: Rarely, pulling out a weapon will make it invisible and behave weirdly.
This can happen with any weapon you just picked up for the first time to my knowledge. My best guess is that a TCP package is dropped by the network library we're using for whatever reason in rare situations - even though it promises to never drop TCP packages. It's not like we can repeat this ever ...

Re: Almost untouchable spot on the map Tower.
Top right? No camera there what I can see.
If you mean top left there is plently of room to shoot at you with different guns and equipment that may spawn - even if you have to jump around you can't just sit there and do nothing.

Re: Drones don't trigger mines.
They are immaterial entities/objects and therefor doesn't trigger mines when they get close. Similar to how other objects doesn't trigger mines when pushed on top of mines. Only players trigger mines as of now. If you have other reasonings why drones should trigger mines and why and why it's a good ...

We do not support Superfighters Deluxe on Mac OS or Linux. Only Windows. If you did not realize this when buying it you could request a refund through Steam's support. Sadly, I can not help you at all as I'm not using Mac OS. If you're lucky someone else might try to help you getting it to run on Ma...

Re: Can't see collision of InvisibleBlockSmall
If you're holding Space and hover with your cursor over any block you should see the collision for any block (a green silhouette-ish).
InvisibleBlockSmall has a slightly smaller collider than the ordinary block, to allow for some spacing where/if needed.

Re: SetMapPart index issue
SetMapPartTrigger works as intended. Index 0 just means the first map part (as visualized by the text "1: [PARTNAME]" in the tabs in the editor) Index 1 means the second map part (as visualized by the text "2: [PARTNAME]" in the tabs in the editor) While this may be quirky for a non-programmer it wo...

Re: Shadow tiles should have placeholder's collisions
I'm not sure what you're trying to accomplish. Some shadows doesn't have collisions and that's by design. You could use invisible blocks with collision instead if you want collision in certain ways over your shadow areas.

Re: SpawnUnknown doesn't have much objects
The SpawnUnknown is a simple tile to get some random objects spawned in your map and was created before we had the GroupMarkers and RandomTrigger in place allowing for a any randomized combination of spawns you want to do without restricting it to certain objects. Re: OnUpdateTrigger still works without OnStartup
The OnUpdateTrigger will ALWAYS trigger on EACH UPDATE. If you want to DISABLE the trigger you must use the "Trigger Enabled" property instead and maybe chain it together with the EnableTrigger. The "Active on Startup" is a generic inherited property for all triggers if you want to early activate tr...

Re: TELEPORT REPORT
The ping is all over the place for whoever is recording, all from 70 up to 400+. The client-server prediction will fail in like every regard to movement which can look like players move more than intended (or "teleport"). It also looks like a lot of package drop problems. Try to find a more stable s...

Re: GetObjectsByArea doesn't detect small objects
I think Crate00 is the most common type of crate that's like 14x14 or 16x16 or something. Which objects are you trying to get that you can't get? Also make sure to check with the documentation as getting objects from the background layer requires other input parameters. Certain special objects can't...

Re: Limited movement and tricks fix
you can't make a SFD-version that makes it easy for New Players to play. And neither are we trying to make the game easy for new players. You should not interpret what I said as making it easy for new players. As you say, it's a lot to learn. You need to play in order to get good (I think that's tr...

Re: Limited movement and tricks fix
Looks like you can still wall-dive-spam another player and punch them if you land on a well-placed grabbable ledge along the wall you're performing this against and drop from it quickly as shown in the videos. I'm not sure we have any of these spots available in our official maps. As game designers ...

Re: Kick is on cooldown after shooting a gun and holstering.
Fixed after v.1.3.6
Caused by some old, forgotten and obsolete code back from 2015 from the early days of SFD still lurking and causing this specific problem and nothing more. Removed it.
