Why wouldn't you want a speedboost? Because players can run away with it? You can just as easily chase them with it! You can use a speedboost for so much more than getting away. When it comes to adding powerups, I like it when they have more than one intended use. A speedboost powerup would probably be the best thing that could happen to SFD in terms of adding new items. If it recharges then I can pocket it and use it to get a free and easy stun on an enemy at my discretion. Therefore I can stun someone, pull out a primary, and shoot them for big damage. Or I can use mines/c4/molotovs. Or I can grab...

This is easily a melee power weapon. Expect rare spawns.

But we can't edit the zombie survival map.

I'll solo zombie mode some time and let 1 zombie punch me repeatedly until it kills me to figure out how many hits it takes/how much damage it deals per hit, then I'll go through each boss I guess.

Hopefully when the game gets a full release on steam, it'll have workshop support and people can put their scripts/maps together for the game through it. Until then I wouldn't mind seeing you guys throw some old scripts back together - I personally loved wizards, even if it was a broken mess.

There's a language tool in the game files. Navigate Content > Data > Misc > Language, where you'll find the language tool. The tool can change any names you see in the game, and basically everything text-wise really. Should be able to change axe to hatchet with the tool.

Yeah the hanging lights and counters make this mode a joke. You don't even need the lamp you can hang from if you have a partner, anyone can dive you up into the light and zombies won't be able to reach you.

It's a new mode, it takes some time to get that far, and not everyone has an hour or more time to invest into a long game of SFD zombie survival. I'm sure more will be added later, but surviving 20 waves should be good enough to call it a day.

Upon further playing taking a fall deals a lot of damage to the player, as does fire. I'm not saying to tone down fire, since that's the main threat later in the game and it adds risk/reward (that fire zombie might toast half the hoard, but me too if I get caught in it...) but maybe look at impact d...

It's a little redundant to ask but yeah, it would be neat to have something like that happen to indicate the player is using scripts/has given themselves items or activated cheats of some kind. A friend of mine told me that they could easily make a script that would kill anything that wasn't on team...
