Thanks for clarifying. Fixed after v.1.1.1. Might release it as a hotfix later.
Turns out the config.ini file was saved multiple times (one time per active script) resulting in this problem.

This error is shown when the game can't write to the config.ini file. Normally it is allowed to write to your documents folder and overwrite the existing file, but it might be open/blocked by another program (windows handle).

While this would be cool, it's nothing the engine can support. It would be easier to just record the last X seconds of the game and then be able to press a button to save footage permanently. But other software already allows you to do this (Fraps, Nvidia Shadowplay and similar).

Sounds like something simple like the game being blocked by windows firewall or blocked by some third-party anti-virus programs. Check that no program blocks SFD.

Subscribed maps and scripts are placed in the steam workshop folder for SFD, ...\Steam\Games\steamapps\workshop\content\855860\..\.
You can also open subscribed maps and scripts in the map editor by "Open" and then select "Subscribed Scripts".

Custom sounds and soundpacks can only be replaced by replacing the .xnb files directly in the installation folder, so no support for custom sounds will come. We haven't added texture pack support in the Steam workshop integration.

We have released a hotfix to fix some rare deadlocks causing SFD to freeze if playing online on a map with weather enabled. Just enable automatic updates in Steam and it will download automatically.

Players have in the past used script to gather detailed information about damage (by shooting bots for example) and calculating crit-damage and crit-chances. It's otherwise all hard-coded into the game.

No. The StrengthBoost will apply an additional size but that's about it.

Those with account nr 666 are using a Steam emulator to play SFD. What we know the game files are intact. It's one way to play Steam games without Steam, but we don't recommend it. For curiosity I tried the hacked version and it lagged a lot (like freezing 100-200 ms each 3-5 seconds).
